  • Phase 2: 7 days of cleanse following a simple elimination diet plan and body practices

  • Phase 3: 5 days of food re-introduction to identify any food sensitivities, and intolerances

  • Access to my Coach Connect Ap which provides shopping lists, recipes, messaging to keep you on track with the cleanse and the ability to track movement, meditation, nutrition, conditions (as in how you are feeling) goals and notes as you proceed through the 14 days.

  • Email or text access to me throughout the 14 day period.

  • Two coaching calls to set you up for success from the start and then to discuss how to best integrate new habits for your unique body into your every day life.
