Almost everyone in this town knows someone who has had a concussion, and yet so many struggle to find the help they need.

Come learn what is going on in your brain when you have a concussion, why you have less energy, and what you can do about it. Learn how to live in your safe zone, learn the importance of good nutrition specifically to promote healing for your brain, as well as get empowered in your healing. Learn how to listen to your symptoms and what they mean, and how to start to re-train your brain as you continue your healing journey.

Learn some restorative yoga adaptations you can do at home, to help you let your brain “chill” and give yourself some beneficial downtime. Wear clothing conducive to doing some yoga.

You will enjoy enhanced energy,  health, happiness, and longevity.

Program outline:

Day 0: 9am, group coaching call via Zoom (will be recorded if you cannot attend in person).

Day 1 & 2: Set your intentions, plan your meals, shop and prep for the week ahead.

Day 3 - 10: Re-set your digestive system following the cleanse recipes. 1 personal coaching call will be conducted with each participant during this time.

Day 11 - 14: Reintroduction phase.

In my health coaching practice I love to watch my clients spread their wings and soar once empowered with this knowledge, and the ability to put it into practice.
